To Dean Swarthout and Dr. Allen:

I should like to have at your earliest
convenience a schedule of the use you plan for
Hoch Auditorium for the spring semester. I need
to bring the reservation book up to date in order
that I may be able to advise persons who are be-
ginning to ask to make advance dates.

Please include concerts, orchestra re-
hearsals, vhysical conditioning classes, organ
practice, organ lessons, Navy recreation, CPTP
recreation, basketball, etc.
