Dear Dr. Allens

I would like to accept the job of being your
secretary. December 3 would be a convenient date for me to
begin, providing it is agreeable with you.

We will have a holiday November on one
November 12 and so if you feel it is necessary for me to go
to Lawrence again before I begin work, I can go at either of
those dates. I will probably have to go to Lawrence then anyway
to see about an apartment. At the present, I have my name on |
the waiting list at the Brady Apartments, Moody Apartments and
with Mrs. Shimmons, who rents apartments.
