I have been to the registrar about the case of Bill Roehl.
He told me that he had just written this boy about three days earlier
refusing him admission because of the fact that they have already ac-
cepted almost 8,000 and they will have no place to put them. They
have closed admission to all out of state personsse I. showed your letter
to Phog Allen and he has written the registrar a letter, a copy of which
