Purpose,

The purpose of the Chapter shall be to act locally for the National |
Foundation in accordance with the Certificate of Incorporation and By-
Laws of the National Foundation and in conformity with its Manual for
Chapters and such rules, regplations and policies as the National Foun-
dation may from time to time prescribe, }

Section 1. Membership. The membership of the Chapter shall consist
of the Signers of its Certificate of Organization, the members of the
Executive dommittee and such persons as may be elected to membership.
Payment of dues snall entitle any person to membership for one year, but
