The tees shall hold a meeting of its members annually on the third Monday in June of each year, if not a legal holiday, and if a legal holiday, then on the next succeeding day not a legal holiday, at such convenient hour and place in the City (Town) of . oo so oe © 0 oo © © © © AS the Executive Committee, may designate, for the purposes of electing an Executive committee, con- sidering the annual report of the Executive Committee, the annual audit report of the accounts of the Chapter and any other reports that may be presented, and for the transaction of such ree business as may properly come before the meeting, Section 4, Special Meetings. Special meetings of the Chapter members may be called at any time by the Chairman or by three members of the Executive Comnittee and mst be called by the Chairman or Secretary on receipt of the written request of one-third of the members — of the Chapter. : Section 5. Notice of Meeings. Notice of the time, place and - purpose or purposes of annual and special meetings. shall be given by mail to each member of the Chapter, not less than five (5) nor more than thirty (30) days before the meeting. Such notice shall be direct- ed to the member at his address as it appears on the books of the Chapter unless he shall have filed with the Secretary of the Chapter a written request that notices intended for him be mailed to some other address, in which case it shall be mailed to the Te designated in such a request. _ Section 6. Quorum. At any meeting of oanaed. one-third of the members, or if one-third of the members be seven or more, then seven of the members, present in person or by Proxy shail be a quorum. In the absence of a quorum, or when a quorum is present, a meting may be adjourned from time to time by a vote of the majority of the members present in person or by proxy, without notice other than by announce- ment at the meeting, but the Secretary of the Chapter shall immediate- ly notify the absent members in writing of the time and place to which said meeting was adjourned. At any adjourned meeting at which a quorum shall be present in person or by proxy, any business may be transacted which might have been transacted at the meeting as originally notified. eo f am
