At every meeting of members each member present shall be entitled to vote, in person or by proxy, duly appointed by an instrument in writing subscribed by such member and bearing @ date not more than eleven (11) months prior to said meeting, unless said instrument provides for a longer period. Each member of the Chapter shall be entitled to one vote. The vote for members of the Executive Committee, and upon the demand of any member, the vote upon any question before the meeting shall be by ballot. Number. The business and affairs of the Chapter shall be managed and controlled by an Executive Committee of not less than five or more than. ....... . . © members of the Chapter and shall include the Chairman, the Vice Chairman, the Treasurer and the Secretary of the Chapter. , ‘Section 2. Election. The members of the Executive Committee shall be elected at the annual meeting of the members of the Chapter for the term of one (1) year and shall serve for such term and until ‘the election and qalification of their respective successors, — as hereinafter otherwise provided for filling vacancies, Section Bo Redulat Meetings. One the same day and ‘canadisteny following each annual meeting of members, the newly elected members of the Executive Committee shall meet for the purpose of organization, the election of officers of the Chapter and the transaction of any other business, and if a quorum of the members of the Executive Com- mittee be then present, no prior notice of such meeting shall be required to be given.
