Contracts _

Unless specifically authorized in writing by the Executive Com

mittee, no officer, agent or member

of the Chapter shall have any power

or authority to bind the Chapter by any contract or enga-ement or to
pledge its credit or renger it liable financially for any purpose or

Fiscal Year

The fiscal year of the Chapter
