I am writing to thank you for your good letter, and to tell you
that it certainly does let you out. Any man whe would put as much
money as you did in that stadium fund doesn't owe them a copper
penny, let alone one of the substitutes that Uncle Sam is putting
out now for pennies.

I know you will be happy to know that we have given Bob a game
of basketball on February 6th for his Naval Transport team. Your
Bob and Mit got together and said they would like to play a game
over here, so we fixed them Ups

I spent a very pleasant evening w ith your son and his wife. So
I know the Flint family will be on sa for Tuesday night, Pebruary -
6th. ‘The boys over there are getting 500 complimentary tickets,
so you speak to you son to see that he supplies the Flint family
with the proper ducats. ;
