I acknowledge roceipt of your favor of the 3rd
instance recalling the option that you have on the first
floor of Pobinson Gymnasium for the afternoon and early
evening of Friday, shi 18the We will make preparations
accordinglye

I do not know what plans you will make for in=
stallation of steam tables in the southeast corner of the
Gymmasiume We would definitely not want anything that wouk
injure the floors because that is the girls* private dance
roome I imagine that in case steam tables were installed
that they would protect the floor by some process that
would be entirely agreesbles

- | I will be glad to see you when convenient. As
it appears, I will be in town most of next week with the
exception of Wednesday when I go to Mad is son n Lodge for a

speaking engagement.

On Saturday, April 19th at 9:30 in the morning,
we will have ell the highschool ellestar senior boys from ali
