TO BE EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 1940

Standards for special art certificate

a. Degree or diploma from an institution approved by the
board of educational examiners

b. Professional requirements for edvenced elementary cer-
tificate or standard secondary certificate

c. American government, 2 semester hours

d. Not less than 30 semester hours in art

Standards for art supervisor's certificate

ae Professional and academic requirements for the special
art certificate

be. Additional training: 6 semester hours in general school
supervision and supervision of art

c. Experience: Four years of successful teaching experience
