Dear Dre Allen,

As I have not heard from you since I wrote describing
my delightful and interesting interview with Mrs. MadCurdy concerning
dance at Kansas University, I wondered if by chance my letter miscar-
ried?

The position sounded excellent. Stepping into a
department established by anyone as capable as Nrse MacCurdy would be
a challenge as well as an honor. Also, * should be very glad to have
an opportunity to carry forward my study for a masters degree.

From our interview, I realized that teaching in the
mid-west would require a new adaptation of my training. This
appeals to me. New environments, new peoples and new ideas are great
stimuli to one's growth.

I should appreciate hearing whether you received my letter
