Milbank Fund. A smaller foundation interested primarily in control of tuberculosis. Conducting intensive demonstrations in New York State. Also contributions to other health projects. ce. Commonwealth Fund. This fund is interested in child health demon- strations, mental hygiene, educational research, rural hospitals, educational research, and fellowships. 3. Commercial Agencies.
