Dear Dr. Allen,

Ruth Dudley was in today and gave me the same
story that Dr. Lenski reported. She is a Fine Arts
student and,as you know,most Fine Arts students have a
ridiculously complicated schedule. I advised her that
she should arrange her schedule so that she had some
type of relaxation other than movies and walking across
. the campus to class. I am checking her blood count i
to determine if the statement given us is perhaps true.

I had a call from the Chancellor's Office
regarding this girl a few days ago and I discussed the
matter with Raymond Nichols today in the absence of
Mr. Malott and it with their agreement that I applied
my elastic conscience and gave her an excuse for gym.
