Negctiations are uncer way to secure cther leaders in the field of coaching and of-
ficiating, A discussion and demonstration cf the mechanics of basketball offici-
ating will be held. This will be a fine opportunity for officiais from all
sections of the state to get together and work together,

Reaves Peters, Commissioner of Officials for the Big Six Conference, and a leading
basketball coach of this area will participate in the panel discussions and
demonstrations, along with leading officials of the state,

THREE BASKETBALL GAMES

At night, beginning at 7 o'clock there will be three basketball games, These will
be cpen to the public but all registered officials and coaches will have reserved,
ringside seats, These games will be played between leading high school teams of
tne state representing each of the three divisions, AA, A and Be Watch the papers
for the final selection of teams.

these games will serve as clinic games for the officials. There will be 8 officials
in each game, a different pair officiating cach game quarter. 24 officials in all.
OfYicials who will volunteer to work in these games should notify the Commissioner
at once, 409 NATIONAL RESERVE BUILDING, TOPEKA, KANSAS

# FREE DINNER will be served at 5 ofclock to those who are registered for the
Ciinic, ince the capacity of the dining room is limited to approximately 250,
those whose registrations are received first will be the lucky ones,

Al. officials and coaches registering for the school will be charged $1.50. This
wiil ersitle the registrant to attend and participate in all sessions of the clinic,
wil givs hima free ticket to the dinner, and a ringside seat to the basketball
gare. in the evenings

In case there are too many to be accommodated at the dinner those who are left out
wii be charged only $1.00. In order to be sure that you get in on everything,
