Dear Dr. Allen:

You will receive, or have already received, a ballot for
the election of new officers for the K. U. Nation—-wide
Alumni Association.

When you do get this ballot, I want to ask if you won't please
take a couple of minutes’ time and vote for Charles Shaeffer,
who is one of the candidates for President.

Charlie is a worker; he did a marvelous job as both Treasurer
and President of the Kansas City Alumni Association over a
period of years.

There is a lot to be done at this particular time and Shaeffer
has the ability and will take the time to really do it.

Please remember to vote and if you see any of your K. U. friends,
ask them to do the same. The very short time it will take to do
this will be a material contribution toward getting things
accomplished as we all want to see them.
