regret to advise you that it is not possible to use our
residence this time for the Phi Psi rush party.

athletics are not supposed under any conditions to rush
high school or university students for their respective |
fraternities. A few years ago we got in a very unpleasant
| gituation due to the fact that one of the coaches rushed
one of the boys who later proved to be a very fine athlete.
‘Phe bad feeling engendered by this situation caused a rule to
be put into effect, that no coaches should have any part in
the rushing ef any student.
ion While Bobby was in school, of course, it could
be overlooked as that was his individual act. But with no
children in school at the present time it would be badly
misconstrued. , |
