How woll tho All-Amcrica Board does its job is best ovidenced by the
fact thet the annual All-Star Classic in 1940 saw the Collego All-Stars

win 44 to 42 in an ovor-thme thriller, and last yoar the Colloge All-
Stars again won by the margin of one baskot - 35 to 336
