Dear George:

i will be very happy to serve on the nominating
committee to recommend the names of the four directors.

| _ Of course, I have basketball practice in the
afternoons and it will be impossible for me to meet any time
after 2:30 in the afternoon. But I could meet in the morning
or in the eveninge I will go right along and accept the guid-
ance of the committee, however, if it is impossible for me to
be present.
