Dear Joe, I have been working with my good friend, Harley (Mud) Davis, who has been helping a young man named Wilson Houts find em- ployment. Wilson is the son of the Bean of Women at the Central Missouri State Teachers College, Warrensburg, Ho. The son that we lost in 1925, Forrest, Jr., and Wilson were boy-hood friends when I was coaching at Warrensburg from 1912- 1919. This young man has hed en unfortunate experience as an _@lehoholic. I took him to St. Joseph to the state hospital there right after labor day and he got out about two weeks ago. He is now not drinking and I have given him work here at the University endeavoring te build his morale and increase his physical es well as his mental stawine. .
