“Bowl and Keep Fit” Telephone 872 Plymouth Bowling Center West LaPorte Street PLYMOUTH, INDIANA Mar. 24, 1941. Forrest C. Allen University of Kansas. Lawrence, Kansas. Dear Phog: Thought that you might*be interested to know that Hank Jr. spent the last week end at DePauw and came back with a Phi Kappa Pai pledge pin on his coat. He wag the first one of next years Freshmen that the Phi Psi pledged so I am very pleased. And I know that your letter to the brothers had a lot to do with it and believe me, I THANK YOU. Hank Jr. finished his High School Basketball play going good. In their State Tournament they won the Sectional. Hank made 14 pionts in the final game and dropped in a nice push shot in the final 4 minute when their team was trailing one point, to win. In the Regional they went to the fanais and lost to south Bend. Hank got along 0.K. hitting for 12 points and holding his man to a big zero and the man he had had been one of the South Bend teams high piont men. Hank was put on the all regional team as guard so the kid is improving. Here is hoping we get to see each other before long. Regards to the family. . your friend, ALLEYS
