instant, directed to the Department of Physical Educa-
tion, University of Kansas, concerning a possible
vacancy which you described.

We have three very successful candidates, who
are married, among our six majors in Physical Education.

I am sending you small brochure from the Appointment
Bureau of the University of Kensas. This will enable you to
see the type of individuals they look to be then you may learn
of their qualifications.

John Burge and Ramie Beims played football on the
Varsity team. Red Dugan played highschool and freshman football.

The unmarried men, Steve Meade and Charles Dalrymple
both played on Varsity football team.

After looking over these candidates, I would be happy
to have you write me. We appreciate greatly the interest you
have taken in bringing this to our attention.
