Would you be willing to serve on a committee for the
promotion in Kansas of the National Physical Education
bill H.R. #1074?

I am also asking Mr. Washburn of Manhattan, Miss Mc
Cullough of Emporia, and Miss Nevins of Pittsburg to
serve on the committee, Also, would it be possible
for your committee to meet in your office at 5:50 p.m.
either on Friday, April 25 or Saturday, April 26, to
lay plans for the final push on the bill to get action
before Congress adjourns?

If you find it impossible to serve, I would appreciate
it if you would appoint Mr. Elbel or someone else to
