As you probably will realize from this letter head, we
are manufacturers of Out-dopr playground equipment, distr-
buted through school supply distributors in 28 States.
Under sepa#ate cover we are sending you a copy of our
current catalogue so that you may see the type of equip=
nent which we manufacture.

During the past two or three years we have sent references
and inquiries concerning your game Goal-Hi to the Medart Coe,
Louden Co. and Recreation Equipment Co.

We feel that possibly we could work up a good volume on
this game at the uniform delivered retail prices which

other manufacturers use since most of our distrubutors

do not sell the game.

Would you consider granting a license to us to manufacture
this game under the same terms as other manufacturers?

If you wish to check on our operations, we might suggest
