Allen Varsity Basketball Coach University of Kansas Lawrence, Kansas Dear Phog: Mrs. Margaret Pearson Speelman, director of the Haskell Indian Club, has authorized me to make arrangements for the appearance of this Club, at your Iowa State basketball game February 12. The Club is composed of thirty-two girls and boys, and they will be accompanied by Mrs. Speelman and myself, and possibly one or two other members of the Haskell faculty. We understand that we are to put on possibly an eight- minute program between the halves of the basketball game. We shall provide an announcer, who will preferably explain the dances. We will need two dressing rooms, one for the boys and one for the girls. We assume that we will appear on the program at approximately 8 o'clock or shortly thereafter.
