men participating in the government flight training program.
The Civil Aeronautics Authority has asked that these men

be ranked according to their relative athletic proficiency.
We are hoping that your contact with these men has been
sufficient for such a rating, but if you desire more infor-
mation concerning any of the men, please let us hear from
