Dear Dr. Allen,

I, received your letter and wish to thank you for the picture
enclosed. You certainly had the Iowa game sized up correctly, I
am very sorry the boys were not in better condition but there are
some things we can't control. Grady Skillern and his boys at Central

High want through an undefeated season with 18 wins, then lost to

Claremore in an overtime game in the regional tournament. I beleive

he had the best team in the state but just had one of those nights

in a single elimination tournament.

The Jayhawker year book was what I wanted, I beleive there are
either four or five volumes for the year. I will list Jim's address

‘below. Again I thank you for what you have done.
