Dear Phog:

This latest rumpus in regard to crooked basketball
games must give you a great deal of personal satisfaction
aftdr the way your warnings were ignored several months ago.

At that time I had some discussion with a couple of
the sports writers here with whom I play golf occasionally.
and I told them that you usually knew what youwere talking
about, and that sdoner or later you would be able to prove
your point.

Needless to say, this also gives me a lot of satis-
faction. Here's hoping the mess can be cleaned up pronto.
