~ .. e L.R. Pemberton, Superintendent George L. Hays, Director Orlene G. Raverty, Principal Venzel Peterson, Assistant Harlan Fisher, Junior High BLUE EARTH City SCHOOLS DEPARTMENT OF ATHLETICS BLUE EARTH - MINNESOTA good basketball player but also a very good student. He ranks in the B division of his class. He is equally as good as Jimmy Lovely or Ika Mahoney or any member of the teams that I played with at Creighton U. He is not a catholic boy, so I prefer to see him attend a state University. I could go on to say many more nice things about this boy but #111 sum it up in saying I believe he will be a great col- lege ball player. He is interested in a general business course. His folks are not fixed so they can send him through sch- ool but with aid in the form of a job for board and room [I be- lieve he could make it. He does not expect anything and on a job he will really work as he has worked while attending High School. I will feel it a personal favor anything you can do for this boy and trust you will keep this matter confidential. If I can be of any assistance in promoting his attendence at the U. of Kansas, please let me know. Give Wade Green my best regards and tell him to stop in for a visit sometime. Very sincerely, Any, 7 AHage
