Dear Doctor Allens

I didn't know about your book, “Better Basketball" in
time to ask for a review copy before the supply was exhausted.
Under all the circumstances, do you have sufficient influence with
the publishers to induce them to make an exception in this case and
let me have a copy anyway, as I feel that every book (every good
book) by an osteopathic author should receive adequate mention in
our publications, but I can't write about it without seeing it,
