Pebruary 28, 194h. Col. Karl F. Baldwin, 02422, APO 9241, 0/o P. M., San Francisco, California. Dear Golonel Karl: In the February 9th Rotary bulletin I received word of your hospitalization in Australia. I intended immediately to write you, but like all procrastinators I did not do it when I intended to. However, I am now expressing to you our sincerest wishes for your early recovery. - You are a man of such indefatigable energy that you never take time to allow Nature to repair some of the ravages of your busy life. I know the rest at the hospital will be good for you. At least it will make you slow down a bit. So well do I remerber your busy days here on the campus, and from all reports that we get you are even busier now than when yo were here. | : You certainly have done much’in spreading the good will of Rotary to other lands. May your good work continue, and may your health improve. My kindest regards and sincerest wishes. Rotarily yours, Director of Physical Rducation, Varsity Basketball Coach.
