Dear Official Member:

There will be a very important called meeting of the
Quarterly Conference of our Church on WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON,
December 15 at 4:00 o'Clock in room 5, second floor of the
Ecke Building.

The Trustees, to whom has been committed the responsi-
bility of receiving bids on the remodeling of the Church,
now have those bids in hand and wish to submit them to the
Quarterly Conference for final approval.

This meeting is most important but will be over in one
houre You,.as an official member, should make every effort
to be present for thet hour. Dr. Wiley A. Keve, our District
Superintendent, will be present to conduct the meetings
