Ghecking over our basketball contracts I
find that we have failed to arrange an
agreement in connection with our home and
home basketball games. It has been our
custom in the past to play on a basis of

a $200 guarantee or a 50-50 option. This

is satisfactory with us and if it meets with
your approval, I shall be happy to fill out
contract formse

If you would rather have each school keep

its own home gate and pay its own expenses
on the trip, that too will be satisfactory
with use ineither case I think it would
be expedient to have contracts drawn up.

I should like to hear from you concerning
these matters.
