Your wonderful eulogy of "Teep" is a masterpiece,
and I especially appreciate it knowing that it comes from
the heart and is not just lip service, as one often finds
coming from so called prominent citizens regarding service
mene

I also want to thank you for the time and effort
I know it must take to compile these editions, and I am
certain that every man receiving same thoroughly peruses it's
contents.

To take the time like you must do, in preparing

this contact for the men in service, being as busy as you are,
is just another proof of "Fogg's" interest in his fellow men.
