The enclosed "Charter of Faith in Kansas Education" is
issued by the Educational Planning Commission of the Kansas
State Teachers Association as a progress report on the work
of the Commission for the past year.

It has been suggested that the material may be used
profitably in summer session education classes, county in-
stitutes, study groups of lay organizations, and local
teachers associations.

This report may be secured in quantities upon request
