Demurrage.—C. O. D. parcels may be held at offices of address
for 30 days. If undelivered after 20 days, C. O. D. mail is sub-
ject to demurrage of 5 cents per day. Mailers may avoid de-
murrage by limiting the retention of C. O. D. articles to not ex-

ceeding 20 days.
