Dear Dy, Allen:

Just a line to say this.

T am interested in Max being Jocated in next stop at some
school where basketball is going good, that is some service set-up
of the Navy which he is in.

He is due to move I think from Mt. Yernon, Iowa, at Cornell
about Sept. loth to 20th. I do not know where he might be sent but
likely there are spots which are better in basketball than otherse

Of course you know that I do not ask any favor as regards
his work or service in any way but thot that might be he could
be sent to differeat apots and if could get to a basketball spot I
think he would like it.

Tf you know of anyone to suzgest this to, Iwould be glad
and if not no harm donee

Mex is very busy and getting along well at Mt. Vernon so far
as I know.
