Dear Mr. Allen,

On March 3rd and 4th, 1941, Kansas University will be host to
300 members of the Kansas Music Teachers Association for its annual
convention. The American Guild of Organists will also convene here
at the same time.

In order to avoid any conflict on the use of Hoch Auditorium for
Monday afternoon, March 3rd, I write this note to verify the K-book
date of an out-of-town basketball game for K. U. Will you kindly
drop me a line so that I can be sure that there will be no difficulty
in arranging an Organ recital or some other event in Hoch Auditorium
on this date?
