Our Board is celebrating its 20th anniversary on Monday
evening, Mareh 4th, 1940 with a banquet at the Hotel Lenox, Boston,
MasSe

We are planning to make this the best banquet our Board
has ever held because on that evening we are going to pay honor to
a man who has been a member of our Board since that time and has
rendered valuable service to Basketball not only in our section but
all over these United States of America, Mr. Oswald Tower, Official
Interpreter and Editor in Chief of the Guide.

No doubt you have been assisted by lir. Tower in his long
connection with Basketball and 1 a sure that he numbers you among
his many friends.

Why not plan to send him a "Wire" on that day congratulating
him and wishing him many more years of useful service to this great
game of Basketball. JI am sure that he will be pleased to hear from
