I appreciate your good letter concerning John, and the possi-
bilities of his remaining in school another year.

We had hoped we might be able to come up for the game tonight
and remain over for the football game tomorrow. However, I
have acquired a case of laryngitis and will have to stay at
home.

We are planning, though, to see just as many of the home games
this season as possible and will be glad to visit with you and
discuss this matter with you at the first opportunity.
