I regret that the Big Six Conference called a meeting
of its basketball coaches for Saturday morning in Kansas City
for the purpose of arranging next year's basketball schedule.
it was not definitely decided until Friday, so it was an urgent
calle

The mecting was set up for 10 asme and I was quite sure
that I would return to Lawrence by early afternoon, but other
matters came up which delayed our final decision in the schedule
making and thet prevented my doing so.

i am sorry that I was not able to see yous I returned
at 62306 ly daughter told me that you called about 6 o'clock
the last time. : :

7 i am expecting to get to Kansas City again in the near
