14, MOTION: Question of stenotypist's service for Annual.
Executive Committee meeting and the Joint Comnittee meeting
be referred to the Executive Committee meeting in December,

15. Secretary Hepbron reported that the Committee had re-
ceived #500, advance on royalties from the American Sports
Publishing Company. ;

16. Secretary Hepbron reported that Treasurer's report,
audited by "Reeve, Brown, and Atkins, Public Accountants,
New York City", had been sent to all members of the Committee.

i7. MOTION:— That a gratuity of $15.00 be sent to the Ban-
quet Department of the Hotel Astor for the employees! Christ—
mas Fund for services rendered by employees in connection,
with Annual Eastern Interpretation Meeting at Hotel Astor,
New York City, October 26th, 1931, ~ CARRIED.
