Allen, Longorg,Msenan, Stegeman, Powell and others may have their champ- dionship teams but they can't lick us when it comes to svcond guessing. Every man is free and equal in that game and no mistake. The same goos when it comés to talking about rulécs. Some of us think the rules aré just about right and should stand as they are. Som? of us feel there is something wrong with this game of basketball. Every man*s opinion is as good as his neighbors! providing he expresses it at the right tim. and place.
