good letter of the 3 inst. I have been over the
state on a good will tour; hence my terdiness in
replying.

I appreciete very much your
sending me the changes in basketball rules for
1929-30. I was interested in Mrs Sts John's state-
ment concerning the mind of the committee. I have
_ just received the minutes of the annual meeting of
_ the joint basketball committee which I imagine will
add to our store of basketball knowledge.
