and entered the University from which he graduated with an A.B.

Seed Co. here in Lawrence, Kansas, from 1932 to 1942. In 1942, he
associated himself with the Hereules Powder Co. at the Sunflower

He has been married for six years and has one child, 3 years
of age. Ben Barteldes is a clean, capable, and a personable young
business man from out community. He bears a fine reputation here
in Lawrence, not only among his fellow associates but among the
‘business men. ;

I have knowm him quite intimately and am happy to recommend
