SEVENTH. That should either of the said teams, the game having been entered upon, fail or refuse to continue said game as agreed
upon, unless said game be terminated sooner by the authority of the officials chosen for the game or said teams be released from contin-

uing further by the consent of each party hereto, the party represented by such team shall thereby lose all right to receive any sum of

money whatsoever under or by virtue of this contract. But it is hereby agreed that ee a

EIGHTH. 'That these games shall not be cancelled except by mutual consent of the contracting parties, and if either manager, organi-
