He was tenth high scorer in the Big Six conference last season with a total of 76 points. Amen plays end on the varsity football squad and first base on the baseball team. In 1936 he made the trip to Berlin as a member of the U.S.A. Olympic baseball squad. Ray Baxter, center candidate, comes from Ft. Scott, Kansas. He was a B team letter last season. Ray is a senior in school, having competed one season with the Ft. Scott junior college quintet. Paul Brown, sophomore from Broken Bow, hopes to break into the { Husker lineup this season. He is a good shot and floor man. Brown stands 5-11 and weighs 152 pounds. He was an outstanding prep schocl cager and a member cf the freshman squad at Nebraska U. last year.
