Dear Doc:

I am enclosing the 1937-1938 Big Six basketball
officials list. There have been several changes in
individuals and several changes in the dates of the games
since this list was first made up. As far as I know now,
the enclosed list is correct. However, to avoid any chance
of a mistake I suggest that you drop a card to the officials
of your home games shortly before the date they are
scheduled to appear.

I am also enclosing the names and addresses of
the Big Six basketball officials.

As you have observed there are four blanks in the
basketball officiating appointments. As soon as the
officials accept these assignments we shall notify the

schools concerned.
