Dear Coach Mozingo:

I have just returned after a very pleasant visit with
you and your fellow coaches at Boone, Iowa. I acknowledge
receipt of your payment of $4.00 for. my text, “Better Basket-
ball". I am writing you now to be very certain of the spelling
of your name and your address. :

The reason I am doing this is that a letter will be re-
turned to me, whereas if I should autograph a book it might lie
in the postoffice uncalled for, for quite some time. I can be
more accurate with a letter.

I would like to know if you would like any special auto-
graph, such as “remembering the pleasantries of the Iowa High -
School Athletic Association Coaching School at Boone, Iowa, on
August 15-19", and so forth. Or would you want me to autograph
it to the school, or what? If you have any special preference,
let me know. If not, I will just make a short introduction with
the autograph. If you have any special feature I will be glad to
follow that. If you do not want to write a letter just put a
footnote at the end of this letter and mail it to me, and if I
do not hear from you in a week I will autograph the book with my
own introduction and mail the same to you.
