I am very glad to know that you returned "ship shape" from the
Camp at Boone. If you enjoyed yourself as much as I did, well you
were pleased to the nth degree. I really mean it. From watching
you adjust all those sore backs and muscles I would imagine you
were glad to get away from the Camp. Your psychological affect on
some of those fellows was supra. This of course brings out the
reason for this letter.

By all means please autograph this book in your own intimate
way. Anyone who can present(and so casually at that) an article
for sale----- » Well I want to remember him as he really is. The only
way to do this is to just put some-thing there that will recal],to
me,your ability as a salesman. Seriously now,I hope to be able to
use this book to a very good advantage. Since this will be my first
year in the teaching game and also as coach,I really appreciate your

dynamic presentation"“of this book. I am glad I bought one. If I
run across some-thing,that isnt in the little book,when I get my
basket ball team rolling,I shall fire you a line and we will get it
in the next edition---but quick. You may consider the above as the
"special feature" referred to in your letter.

Now never be surprised if I call upon you to help solve some
problem of mine and no doubt there will be plenty of them. I have
lots of faith and I shall stick to it.
