Dear Dr. Allen:

IT want to say that the past coaching school at Boone was
one of the best that I have had the pleasure of attending.
The spelling of my name and address is correct as in you letter
of August 23.

The philosophy of coaching and physical education that

you and-the others of the instructional staff at the schook
presented is one that many coaches could well accept. T em

sure that you were an inspiration to many of us coaches to

come back to our schools and do better work. T hope that my
work will bring me in contact with you again. To me, three-
fourths of the work in coaching is to develop the right attitudes
of life in our boys. If we don't do this, we have failed even
though we have a championship team.

However you wish to autograph my book Dr. Allen, will be
